Acceptable Returns, Refunds and Conditions | Return Window and Costs

Daylilies
We do not give refunds on daylily sales. If we sell the wrong plant or there is a problem with the plant, we may correct this as best we can in terms of getting the right daylily to you, but we do not refund the order in its entirety. If you refuse to pick up your daylilies and insist on a refund, you will only recieve a partial refund, as we did put labor into digging your order that you had paid for and committed to. You must contact us within 30 days of purchase, with your reciept. Failure to do so may result in a refusal to accomadate you in any way. If you change your mind or want to swap out a daylily from an order of yours, we can exchange, within reason. If we deem any acceptable exception to this, the refund will only be given in the form of credit i.e. a gift certificate.
Gift Shop Items
We will return gift shop items for store credit or for exchange. We only accept returns on defective items. Gift shop items can only be returned within 30 days, with a recipet.
We do carry items on consignment. These items are subject to the return policy of their owners, the third parties we work with.
Other Plants
Non-daylily plants we sell cannot be returned. All sales are final.
Gift Cards, e-Gift Cards, Gift Certificate, Store Credit
There are absolutly no refunds on gift cards, e-gift cards, store credit or gift certificates for any reason. All sales are final.
Insects
All sales are final for live insects.
Farm Produce, Honey, Eggs etc
All sales are final for food products and produce. We can exchange if there is a problem, but we cannot resale returned items, so changing your mind or deciding to return it is not a valid reason for a refund.
Orders via Mail
The return policy via mail order is mostly the same as it is, in-person; however, if we are refunding it will be for store credit only and we will pay the shipping and handling for the return of the goods. Once we recive them we will return in the mail a gift card.
